Beyond the Feed: A Screen & Creativity Reset for Young People

A participatory arts programme supporting young people aged 18–25 to explore their relationship with digital technology and reconnect with their creativity. Participants will take part in six facilitated group sessions, on Monday evenings in November and December 2026. Participants will be supported to develop a self-directed creative project (e.g. writing, music, visual art, journalling or audio), and to develop greater awareness of their digital habits while engaging in a meaningful creative activity. Dates: Nov 2nd - 14th Dec 2026 (no session on 30th Nov), 7pm - 8.30pm.
