The White Bear Theatre Pub is a long-running fringe theatre founded in 1989 that has helped launch the careers of notable playwrights and performers and has won several fringe theatre awards. Productions staged here have gone on to transfer to larger venues such as the Garrick Theatre and The Other Palace.
