For a new edition, Milkshake Festival, the multi-genre music festival, hopefully returns to the capital in 2027. By now, this festival has grown into one of the favorite festivals in Amsterdam. Milkshake Festival is an open-minded electronic dance festival that has taken place annually in the city center since 2012. It demonstrates that entertainment, music, and clothing have nothing to do with status, gender, or sexuality. Please note: The dates and times mentioned for 2027 are subject to change. Milkshake Festival Amsterdam With multiple stages per day, (inter)national organizations, artists, and performers present genres such as electronic, house, disco, pop, techno, R&B, and dancehall. We offer a platform to artists and performers from underrepresented communities. Diversity in skin color, body, sexuality, and gender makes life a party. And we celebrate that together. Milkshake Festival is a collaboration between Air and Paradiso, two of the largest clubs in Amsterdam, featuring many different stages. The philosophy of 'nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed' is paramount at the festival, where there is no room for pigeonholing. Milkshake celebrates the city and its initiatives and is committed to more courtesy and love for one another. Expect sparkling décors, spectacle, and a wide variety of performances and visitors.
