Event description Join MB Community CIC for a fun and energetic Caribbean-inspired dance fitness and Yogalates class for adults aged 18 and over. Enjoy Afro-Caribbean music, easy-to-follow dance moves and a floor workout following the cardio session. These classes offer a welcoming opportunity to get active, meet new people and enjoy moving to Caribbean rhythms. No previous experience is needed.
