DESCRIPTION:The exhibition Olbram Zoubek and Friends has been organized t
 o mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of sculptor Olbram Zoubek (192
 6–2017). The Archive of Fine Arts\, in collaboration with the Kmentov
 á Zoubek Foundation \, has conceived the exhibition in an unconventiona
 l way as a showcase of photographs by a variety of artists. The photogra
 phs capture Zoubek’s life and work in the context of his friends and f
 igures from his immediate circle. Although Zoubek is known to the public
  primarily as the creator of numerous sculptural works for architecture\
 , the exhibited photographs offer a unique glimpse into his studio\, exh
 ibition openings\, and gallery spaces.\nOlbram Zoubek belonged to the cl
 ose circle of friends and supporters of Galerie H in Kostelec nad Čern
 ými lesy\, where the history of the Archive of Fine Arts began in the s
