DESCRIPTION:Unsound will present Sarah Davachi\, one of the world's forem
 ost avant-garde composers and the winner of the Venice Biennale's 2026 S
 ilver Lion. What makes her work so compelling is its extraordinary atten
 tion to detail: since her early releases\, the Canadian artist and acade
 mic has drawn out rare intricacies and surprising textures from her inst
 ruments\, working with analog synthesizers\, organs\, pianos and keyboar
 ds\, while also composing for larger ensembles. On this year's 3LP epic 
 "The Will of Tongues"\, she knits those various threads together\, refer
 encing early music\, Arvo Pärt's sacred minimalism and James Tenney's b
 ewitching temporal experimentation to draw attention to psychoacoustic p
 henomena\, harmonic resonance\, tuning and timbral space. Members of Kra
 ków's Spółdzielnia Muzyczna Contemporary Ensemble will join Sarah on
