Szemlő-hegy Cave

The Szemlő-hegyi Cave in Budapest's Buda hills offers a fairytale-like underground world alongside an interactive visitor centre with a children's exhibition inspired by the cave's own formations, plus a playground and geological nature trail in the park above. Visitors can even try caving rope techniques and cross the cave's famous "eye of the needle" passage, and the site is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair.
