The Josephinum is Vienna's museum of the history of medicine, housed in a classicist 18th-century building that once served as the entrance to the Medical University of Vienna. It is famous for its collection of historical anatomical and obstetric wax models, along with medical instruments, artworks and archival documents, and also hosts changing special exhibitions.
