A Budapest institution since 1997, Iguana Bar & Grill is a Mexican-American restaurant founded by three Colorado friends, serving enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas and jalapeño poppers alongside a wide selection of tequilas and mezcals, and hosting an annual Cinco de Mayo street party.
