Fuji Japán Étterem, opened in 1991, was Hungary's first traditional Japanese restaurant, serving both classic and modern Japanese dishes such as nigiri, maki and sashimi in a stylish setting. The restaurant has since relocated to a new address at Pusztaszeri út 57 in Budapest's II district.
