The MQ Libelle is a free, publicly accessible rooftop terrace atop Vienna's Leopold Museum in the MuseumsQuartier, offering sweeping views over the city center and hills beyond. Designed by architects Ortner & Ortner with artistic elements by Eva Schlegel and Brigitte Kowanz, it also houses the rooftop bar "Zur Libelle", open daily (weather permitting).
