Café Decentral, the pop-up of the legendary Café Central located in the Palais Harrach at the Freyung, blends Viennese coffeehouse tradition with an aperitivo feel, serving homemade pastries, savory focaccias, coffee specialties and spritz drinks. It has a large garden terrace on the Freyung and a hidden bar called Non Lieu inspired by Adolf Loos's American Bar.
