This museum occupies the secret nuclear bunker beneath the Jalta Hotel on Wenceslas Square, built in the 1950s and hidden even from hotel staff for decades. Run by a group of enthusiasts, it displays period exhibits on the Iron Curtain, border and public security guards, radio communication equipment and Morse code, with visitors greeted by a wax figure of president Antonín Zápotocký.
