Giesinger Grünspitz

Giesinger Grünspitz is a roughly 2,000-square-metre green space in Giesing, formerly a car dealer's lot, that for over a decade hosted a participatory neighbourhood project with a café kiosk and an urban garden of 20 raised beds for growing herbs, vegetables and flowers. The project has now been handed back to the city, with the area reopening as public green space after redevelopment.
