State Collection of Antiquities

The Staatliche Antikensammlung, together with the neighbouring Glyptothek, forms the museum complex at Königsplatz dedicated to ancient art and artifacts, from painted Greek terracotta figures to delicate gold jewellery. One combined ticket covers both museums, and a café in the Glyptothek's courtyard offers a place to rest during a visit.
