Pops & Pose: Pilates × Afro House Morning session at Dugattyús. 60 minutes of mat pilates guided by Petra Ökrös, with a live afro house set by Dr. Pops running underneath the whole class. No headphones, no UV, no club darkness. Just a proper sound system, natural light and a rolling afro / organic house selection built for movement rather than peak time.
