INSOMNIA LONDON // SHIRLEY TEMPER // PHONOX Thursday nights are for dancing. INSOMNIA returns South of the river for a new weekly residency at Phonox. Big names, new names and the artists we think you should know - spanning house, techno, breaks, garage, jungle and everything in between. Every Thursday. New lineups. Same INSOMNIA. ————— ————— ————— This Thursday, London underground staple Shirley Temper joins us at Phonox, bringing their signature blend of jungle-techno, booty bass and choppy breaks to the INSOMNIA dancefloor. A resident of Das Booty and Jungyals and Gays, with releases on Da Demolition Squadron, Donkline and Tete.Vide, Shirley has taken their sound from London to dancefloors across Paris and Berlin, sharing stages with the likes of Pete Cannon, Samurai Breaks, Tim Reaper and Big Dope P. Expect a heavy dose of Shirley's own productions, packed with whacky basslines, booty-shaking bangers and choppy breaks. ————— ————— ————— Birthday in October? Get a free ticket.
