Sleeper at Roundhouse, Camden One of Britpop’s defining guitar bands, Sleeper , returns to the Roundhouse with special guests Turin Brakes as part of their biggest UK tour since reforming. Fronted by songwriter and author Louise Wener, the band’s End of the World Tour introduces an exciting new chapter. Sonically bold and euphoric, the performance will showcase material from their forthcoming sixth studio album End of the World —a deeply personal collection of ten songs combining Wener’s trademark earworm hooks with a newfound emotional directness—alongside the classic anthems that established Sleeper as a powerhouse of ’90s alternative rock. Joined by South London four-piece and Mercury Prize nominees Turin Brakes ( Pain Killer , Underdog ), this unmissable double-bill brings two of the UK’s most enduring and respected live bands together on one iconic stage.
