Quiet Hour at the Kinderinfo

The WIENXTRA-Kinderinfo is the information center for children’s culture and family leisure in Vienna. Our team provides free, comprehensive information about all leisure activities for children up to 13 years old. It can get quite hectic in Kinderinfo. For some people, it becomes too much. They can no longer concentrate on the information in the room, ask questions, or feel comfortable. We want to create access to our information offerings for everyone. That is why there is a Quiet Hour in Kinderinfo on two days a week ( Tue, 14:00-15:00 & Thu, 17:00-18:00 ). During this time, the following applies to everyone in the room: Psssst! Instead of climbing and sliding, there are coloring pages and books to look at. We dim the lights and turn off the radio. You can borrow noise-cancelling headphones free of charge from the staff.
