Plain rules for a free guide: we collect listings in good faith, you check the details before you go, and everyone stays kind in the notes.

The service
CityInEurope lists events and places in Budapest gathered from public sources such as ticketing sites, venue programmes and OpenStreetMap. It is free, carries no advertising and may change or pause at any time.

Accuracy
Listings are collected automatically; some are translated or categorised with AI. Dates, prices, age ranges and opening hours can be wrong or change without notice. Always confirm with the organiser before you go. Tickets are sold by the organisers, never by us.

Your account
An account is optional. Keep your sign-in secure and give a real email address. You can delete your account at any time in Account.

Notes and lists
Tips you post appear publicly next to the event or place, and shared lists are visible to anyone with the link. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive, personal about others, or promotional. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content and credits
Event texts and images belong to their organisers and are shown with a link to the source. Place photos come from Wikimedia Commons under the licences credited on each photo; map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. If you own content and want it removed, write to us.

Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate listings, cancelled events or unavailability of the site.
