Sleep Well: What Have We Learned from Experience? (Group Discussion)

Worum es geht
Wird ins Deutsche übersetzt…
We spend roughly a third of our lives asleep, and most of us have experienced periods when sleep comes easily—and others when it doesn’t. Over time, we also develop our own ideas about what helps us sleep well. Some people swear by consistent routines, exercise, avoiding caffeine, reading before bed, or putting their phones away. Others may have tried the same things with very different results. At the same time, we are surrounded by advice about how we *should* sleep: how many hours we need, when we should go to bed, what we should avoid, and how we should structure our evenings. So, **what have we actually learned from our own experiences with sleep?** In this group discussion, we'll explore questions such as: 1. What does “sleeping well” mean to us? 2. What seems to improve or worsen our sleep? 3. What sleep advice have we tried, and what happened? 4. How do things like caffeine, exercise, screens, stress, routines, or our environment affect us? 5. Can worrying about sleep—or trying too hard to optimise it—sometimes make things worse? This is an **open group discussion, not an expert talk or workshop**. The idea is to exchange experiences, questions, and perspectives and see what we can learn from one another. No preparation is required. Come ready to share, listen, and explore the topic together. We will also have time to talk about ourselves and brainstorm ideas for future meetups. See you soon. Ángel
