But what happens when the metrics become the goal? In this session, we'll explore the unintended consequences of Agile estimation and the illusion of control. We'll also look beyond effort estimates and discuss flow efficiency, and whether estimates can capture the realities of delivery in complex environments. 📅 **Date:** 29.10.2026 ⏰ **Time:** 6 PM 📍 **Location:** Deloitte, Rosenheimer Platz 4, 81669 München, 2. Floor, Room 5 🎤 **Hosts:** Markus Hämmerling, Deloitte Consulting GmbH (Language depending on the participants: German or English) **Seats are limited.
