Suitable for people aged 16+ No previous background in yoga needed. This 6-week yoga course is set to the theme of 'Distinct but Together: Many Shades of Colour'. The workshops offered as part of Wise Thoughts' #CommunityLegacies programme. We will look at themes such as individuality, connection, diversity, balance, and expression through the yogic lens, discovering many ways in which different qualities can coexist. Each class will have a physical practice that can be done fully seated, on the floor, or combining seated exercises with floor-based exercise, and a guided meditation. Whilst th…
