Suitable for people aged 16+ No previous background in yoga needed. This 6-week yoga course is set to the theme of 'Distinct but Together: Many Shades of Colour'. The workshops offered as part of Wise Thoughts' #CommunityLegacies programme. We will look at themes such as individuality, connection, diversity, balance, and expression through the yogic lens, discovering many ways in which different qualities can coexist.
