**Breathe, reconnect with yourself, and meet lovely people.** Curious about breathwork and inner work? Looking for a space to explore something new and meet like-minded people? Join us for a small, relaxed gathering, shake your body, breath deeply, hang out and connect. Just come as you are, stay curious, and enjoy the experience together. **What we'll do** 🌿 **Arrive & Connect** A short introduction to get comfortable and meet one another. 🌬️ **Dynamic Meditation & Breathwork** We'll explore dynamic meditation and guided breathwork, with time to tune in, let go, and see what comes up. No experience needed. 🤍 **Grounding & Sharing** We'll take some time to settle down and share how it felt. You can share, listen, or simply chill. **Practical Details** * **Duration:** Approximately 90min. * **Location:** We'll meet near U-Bahn Märkisches Museum and walk to the studio together. I'll share the exact meeting point in our WhatsApp group, join [here](https://chat.whatsapp.com/JPPsnB59mVMHPqMHucUDKp). * **What to bring:** Comfortable clothing and, if you have one, a blanket. Mats are available. * **Registration:** Please RSVP in advance. Join the WhatsApp group for meeting arrangements. Please arrive on time, as late entry won't be possible once the session begins. **A Note on Breathwork:** Breathwork can bring up different physical and emotional sensations, and everyone's experience is different. This is a space for personal exploration, not therapy or medical treatment. Please respect your own boundaries and limits. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether active breathwork is suitable for you, get in touch beforehand. **About me** Hey, I’m Jian. My background is in neurology, over the years I’ve become increasingly drawn to traditional practices for calming down the nervous system and explore the mind-body connection. I'm interested in many different modalities, including Kundalini yoga, Vipassana meditation, Gaga movement, and breathwork for which I completed facilitator training in Bali. I’m fascinated by how we change through experience, not just by understanding things intellectually, and how we can bring these shifts into everyday life.
