Haseeb Iqbal delivers a two-hour listening session, exploring the music and stories of one of the most important figures in Soundsystem culture's history, Jah Shaka. One of the most vital forces whose contribution to Reggae and Dub music has been truly influential, Haseeb will be exploring the role Soundsystem culture has played in British history and why Shaka's role reshaped the cultural landscape of UK music, forming a foundation for Jungle, Drum & Bass as well as Grime and Garage to follow. He will be appreciating the direct link between Jamaican and British music, sharing a number of very special Jah Shaka original vinyl alongside the stories. Line-up: Haseeb Iqbal
