Budapest Youth Club - Weekend Hike

Come join our Budapest Youth group for a relaxed and **free** **hike on the weekend**. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people in your age group, expand your social circle, and make genuine friendships in a welcoming atmosphere. **Available spots are limited.** We prefer a smaller group to let everyone interact with each other - unlike very large groups where most people feel overwhelmed. **Please sign up as waitlisted even if event spots are filled. If spaces open up, we will accommodate you as soon as possible! If you are waitlisted but really interested to join, write me a message personally.** **The Plan:** We will start from Széll Kálmán tér at **2.30 PM**. You should be able to find us near the **[small fountain](https://maps.app.goo.gl/fZrcyyuDTK54JdMU7)** at metro exit. From there we will take the bus 22 or 22A to reach Szépjuhászné together. We plan to start the hike from there around 3 PM. This is a relatively **easy and short round trip hike (3.2 km, \~100m elevation)**, touching two of the main lookout spots. You are also more than welcome to bring friends or guests, just send me a quick message about it beforehand. Estimated final group size would be around 10-12 people. **What to bring:** 1. Yourself - that is the most important :) 2. Comfortable hiking shoes 3. Water to stay hydrated - 1L is recommended 4. Budapest public transport pass or single ticket. 5. Some snacks if you’d like 6. Your positive energy! If you’re looking for a **fun, active afternoon** with a great group of young friendly people, we’d love to have you. Please make sure to **update your RVSP by Friday in case you can't make it to let someone else take the spot from the waitlist**.
