The Elektrotechnikai Múzeum, housed in a former 1934 art deco transformer station, tells the story of Hungarian electrical engineering and its everyday applications like lighting, household electricity and railway electrification. Its interactive Electro Magica exhibit in the Bláthy Hall takes visitors on a journey through the early history of electricity, and guided tours and museum lessons for school groups are available.
