Pesti Vigadó is a historic Danube-side concert and cultural hall, open since 1865, that has hosted performers such as Liszt and Bartók as well as major exhibitions and public events. Today it runs a varied program of concerts, guided historic walks, a permanent exhibition on its own history, and family-friendly music sessions, while also hiring out its elegant halls for events.
