Sigmund Freud Museum

This is the actual apartment at Berggasse 19 where Sigmund Freud lived and worked for 47 years before fleeing the Nazis in 1938, now displaying the family's private rooms and Freud's own practice. Renovated in 2020, the museum presents permanent exhibitions on the birth of psychoanalysis, the Freud family's life, plus a conceptual art collection and special exhibitions.
