The Schubert Geburtshaus is the house where composer Franz Schubert was born in 1797, one of the few preserved suburban houses of that era, once also home to his father's school. Its exhibition traces Schubert's life and music through documents, paintings and audio samples, including his characteristic glasses; it is currently closed for renovation until January 2028.
