The Rote Bar is the gourmet restaurant of Hotel Sacher Wien, offering refined Viennese classics like Wiener Schnitzel and Sacher goose liver terrine alongside seasonal fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes, prepared by two-Gault-Millau-hooded chef Anton Pozeg. Guests dine in a sunlit winter garden overlooking the Vienna State Opera or an elegant damask-red hall, with a pianist performing nightly from 7pm.
