Café Exchange is a café run within the University of Applied Arts Vienna's Angewandte Interdisciplinary Lab, set inside the former cash hall of Otto Wagner's historic Postal Savings Bank building. It serves third-wave espresso and filter coffee, matcha, homemade lemonades and kombucha alongside lunch and pastries, in a space combining art, discourse and coffee culture.
