This city library shares the Grünes Haus at Harras with the adult education centre and offers spacious areas across three floors for reading, working and meeting, plus a shaded reading garden. It regularly hosts family-friendly events such as chess afternoons, digital workshops with VR glasses and 3D pens, and puppet theatre.
