The Münchner Stadtbibliothek Neuperlach is a public library at Theodor-Heuss-Platz serving the Neuperlach neighborhood with books, media in English and Turkish, free Wi-Fi and printing, plus regular events like a chess club, read-aloud sessions for kids and a collectible-card swap. It also serves as a pickup station for a free cargo bike.
