Munich Imperial Castle Exhibition

This exhibition inside the Alter Hof tells the story of the medieval imperial residence of Emperor Ludwig the Bavarian, combining multimedia shows and film presentations with archaeological finds. Visitors can see an exposed 12th-century castle wall and learn about the development of Munich under the Wittelsbach dynasty.
