History Park - Former Cellular Prison Moabit

This park sits on the grounds of a former prison in Berlin's Moabit district, enclosed by the original five-meter brick walls, and was opened in 2006. It combines quiet green space with reminders of the site's 19th-century history as a pioneering, and at times inhumane, penal institution.
