Love music and want to make it your own? Join Saturday Sounds at Roundhouse for hands-on, creative fun. Every week, you’ll choose one of three exciting streams to focus on: DJing, Music Production, or Songwriting. Whether you’re spinning tracks, producing beats, or writing lyrics, our friendly professional tutors will guide you every step of the way. You’ll learn new skills, meet other young music makers, and leave each session feeling more confident and creative. These sessions are perfect for complete beginners. All you need is curiosity — and a love for music! What you’ll do Each week, you’ll pick one stream at the start of the session: Songwriting – Write lyrics, craft melodies, jam in a band, and discover how songs come together. DJing – Mix tracks, beatmatch, use basic EQ, and build confidence behind the decks. Music Production – Create your own tracks from scratch using industry-standard software. If one strand is already full, you’ll be asked to join one of the other two — this helps make sure everyone gets a great experience. We’ll have a relaxed showcase for participants on Saturday 28 Nov — more details to come after the term starts. You can choose to perform or just come along to watch and enjoy a creative, friendly space.
