About CityInEurope

What is CityInEurope?
CityInEurope (cityineurope.com) is a free guide to what's on in cities across Europe. It collects events every day from venue websites and ticket sellers and shows them with date, time, venue, price and age range. It currently lists 81,543 upcoming events and 80,393 places in Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Bratislava, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Kraków and London.
Is CityInEurope free?
Yes. CityInEurope is free to use, has no ads and needs no account. There is no paid plan or subscription. If an event has a ticket price, you pay the organiser or ticket seller directly, at their price.
Who is CityInEurope for?
Locals, expats and travellers in European cities who want to know what's on today, tomorrow or this weekend — especially families with children, because kids' events are tagged with age ranges, and people looking for free or indoor things to do.
Which cities does CityInEurope cover?
CityInEurope currently covers Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Bratislava, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Kraków and London, with the same features in every city. The site is available in English, Hungarian, German, Czech and Slovak.

Features

What can I do on CityInEurope?
Filter events by day, category, price, age and indoor or outdoor; see them on a map; find family places such as playgrounds, pools and museums with opening hours; save events, make shared plans, add them to your calendar, and set a Radar that alerts you when matching events are announced.
How do I find things to do with kids this weekend?
Choose your city on cityineurope.com and open "With kids this weekend" — for example cityineurope.com/vienna/kids-this-weekend or cityineurope.com/berlin/kids-this-weekend. Every kids' event shows the age range it suits, the time, the venue and whether it is free; "Rainy day with kids" lists indoor options.
Where can I find free events in my city?
Every city on CityInEurope has "Free this weekend" and "Free this week" pages with only free-entry events, updated every day — for example cityineurope.com/prague/free-this-weekend or cityineurope.com/london/free-this-week.
Is there a CityInEurope app?
CityInEurope works as a web app: open cityineurope.com on your phone and add it to your home screen. It then opens full screen and can send reminders. There is nothing to download from an app store.
How up to date are the listings?
Events are collected every day and each listing links to the official ticket or source page. Details such as times and prices can still change, so check with the organiser before you go.

Tickets, accounts and cancellation

Does CityInEurope sell tickets?
No. CityInEurope links to the organiser's or ticket seller's own page. Tickets, refunds and event cancellations are handled by the organiser or ticket seller, under their own terms.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse everything without signing up. A free account lets you save events, get alerts and reminders, receive the weekly digest and read the members' magazine.
How do I cancel or delete my CityInEurope account?
There is no subscription to cancel. You can turn off emails or delete your account at any time on the Account page of cityineurope.com.
Can I add my event to CityInEurope?
Yes. Organisers of public events can submit them for free at cityineurope.com/submit after signing in. Every submission is checked by hand before it is published.
