Tausend Electronica: heSAWyou

Wird ins Deutsche übersetzt…

Deep house warmth, stripped-back rhythms and a taste for acid and disco define heSAWyou, the Mexican-Lebanese DJ and producer returning to Bar Tausend. Shaped by two decades in Mexico City’s underground, his selections connect classic house influences with the subtleties of minimal, keeping the groove at the centre. His own productions offer another side of that musical identity. “Coming To You”, released on RAWmance and featured by Mixmag Latin America, brings together Chicago-inspired rhythms and soulful vocals. His catalogue also includes “So High” and a remix of Dimaio’s “Síntesis”, extending his work beyond the booth into original tracks and reinterpretations. Through RAWmance, whose catalogue includes music by Timid Boy and Eddie Leader, he also helps give other producers a platform. His monthly heSAWyou Podcast Showcase on Bloop London has hosted guests including Homero Espinosa and Timid Boy, while his role as booking manager at Terraza Catedral keeps him closely involved in Mexico City’s club community. Back at Tausend, expect house with room to breathe. Deep grooves, subtle rhythmic shifts and a selection that rewards staying on the floor a little longer. Line-up: heSAWyou Genres: House, Deep House
