Join us for this special event celebrating our 2026 Soane Medallist, Farshid Moussavi, at the Royal Academy of Arts. Farshid Moussavi, OBE RA (b.1965) is an internationally acclaimed architect and educator, and recipient of this year's Soane Medal, which is awarded annually in recognition of architects, artists, critics and educators who have made a major contribution to their field. She will collect her award at The Royal Academy in London on 24 November 2026, where she will deliver a lecture that is open to all. About Farshid MoussaviBorn in Shiraz, Iran, Moussavi studied at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, University College London and Dundee University. She has since maintained a longstanding involvement with academic institutions and was head of the Institute of Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
