There is no particular method, teaching, or philosophy to follow — simply a chance to sit quietly together and share the experience as a group. ### **What to expect** 🍵 **Tea ceremony before and after the meditation** **Caffeinated and caffeine-free teas,** enjoyed together before and after the session. Made following the Gongfu style method, traditionally. 🧘 **30 minutes of silent meditation** No experience is required. You can meditate in whatever way feels comfortable for you. 💬 **Casual discussion** Afterwards, we’ll have some tea and an open conversation about the experience — or simply enjoy each other’s company. ### **A community gathering, not a class** This is **not a meditation course, spiritual teaching, or guided session**. The gathering is not led by certified meditation teachers, gurus, or spiritual leaders. We are simply a community of people who enjoy meditation and want to practice sitting together. There is nothing to learn, believe in, or achieve.
