Stockwell Memorial Gardens

A small open space next to Stockwell Underground Station, this park holds several memorials and murals linked to local Lambeth residents. Its centrepiece is a white stone First World War memorial, and it also includes the Bronze Woman statue and a mural commemorating Violette Szabó and other wartime residents.
