This hankie code embroidery workshop brings together craft and history through the iconic cruising code. Through the workshop you will learn about the origins of the code, what it all means, and how to use it, practice basic embroidery techniques, and have the chance to personalise and take away your very own customised hankie. The workshop will begin with introductions, lead onto a talk about the code, then a basic embroidery demonstration, finishing with time to work on your own embroidery. @jeng_au will come round and support participants with their pieces.
