Activities to help you get ready for the change of season and step into a gentle workout to keep you moving, connect, have some fun and make a good start to the new year! For residents aged over 50. For more details contact: get.active@haringey.gov.uk. From October 2026, People Need Parks activities will have a small participation fee of £6 per session, with a concessionary rate of £3 available. You’ll need to create an account and pre-book your place before attending a session. You can choose to book individual sessions or the full course. Book a People Need Parks session location
