Pilates to a live DJ set. Then we turn it into a rave. Not a studio playlist. A DJ in the room while you're still on the mat, building from the first stretch to the last track. At three the mats roll away and the floor opens. This October, Balanced Social and Longevity Rave take over Colours Hoxton for an afternoon of movement, music and connection — the energy of a social club and the joy of a dancefloor, under one roof. What's included: Opening ceremony. We start together at 14:00 with maca coffee from Rooted Wellness to ground ourselves for the afternoon. Mat Pilates with Balanced Social. An hour on the mat, guided, with a live DJ in the room. Three hours of Longevity Rave. House and disco with Tina Technotic and Yukari, from 15:00 until 18:00. Functional "longevity" cocktails from WetLips drinks. Psychic readings. Running through the afternoon, for anyone who fancies one. A room full of good people. All ages, every generation, no dress code and no rules on how to move.
