Tate Britain is a free gallery devoted to British art, with collection displays covering 500 years of art and stories. It shows works from the Pre-Raphaelites to contemporary artists such as David Hockney, Bridget Riley and Lubaina Himid, and it houses the world’s largest collection of JMW Turner works.
