Through playful, guided exercises and consent-based techniques, you'll unlock more natural chemistry on stage, while staying respectful and comfortable. You'll leave with more confidence, a deeper sense of connection, and maybe a few daring new stage skills. Safe, respectful, and a little thrilling. The first half, we will focus on personal boundaries, discovering and practicing physical, emotional, and mental limits with care. After the break, we shift into stage technique. By early evening you’ll find Kyra converting into a passionate teacher and trainer who holds all levels of improv classes, weekend workshops, for international superstars or running her own Improv groups – ImprovSTAR Intermediate, ImprovSTARS German group, Rice Cookies, The Improv Tantalizers, Camp Improv (an LGBTQ+A Group) and DocCooper narrative Improv. She is the Director and producer of WIN (World Improv Network), based in the USA which produce international Improvised television productions. Her latest medical projects include BLIND IMPROV (an inclusive Improvisation class for visual impaired people), and IMPROVe My Depression (Group Therapy for depression).
