These sessions are open to all former members of the Armed Forces, including Army, Navy, RAF, and Reservists, regardless of fitness level or football experience. The aim is to bring together veterans in a relaxed and supportive environment, where they can enjoy the game, build new friendships, and maintain both physical and mental well-being.
