Housed in Berlin's oldest surviving burgher house in Spandau, this museum combines a historical monument with a municipal gallery showing contemporary works by Berlin artists and a city-history exhibition tracing 600 years of life in Spandau. Current shows include contemporary installations alongside the permanent historical tour.
